The Inexcusable Wardrobe of Channing Tatum

Yesterday, I kept hearing mention of the movie The Vow. Several people posted about it on Facebook, then a friend mentioned it to me.. so I took it as a sign to rent it. A girl needs a good chick flick every now and then, right? Right.

Guys, it took 3 minutes and 32 seconds for this movie to make me cry. And I was crying through the rest of it. That is the most screwed up movie I've ever seen, ever. But I loved it. There's just one thing.

Photobucket

Do you see that look on Random Girl's face in the background there? My thoughts exactly, as directed towards the wardrobe stylists here.
I mean, really? What was this.. an homage to your grandmother? Budget cuts forcing you to shop at JC Penney.. in the old ladies section? (You know what I'm talking about, people.) It's not so much the sweater, even. It's just the sweater.. on a man.. as good looking as Channing Tatum.. with that neckline. I shudder.

My friends, there is simply no excuse.
This is not okay.
I want to petition.
This almost ruined the movie.

I am not joking.
Not even a little.
Okay maybe just a little.

I just watched this movie for the first time yesterday, and loved it! I was waiting for it to come out on Redbox for a $1 {Haha! I am cheap}. I hate to admit, but I just finished watching it for a second time a couple minutes ago. It was such a sweet movie!

I'm with you on this one... which is why I look very forward to seeing Magic Mike and the minimal to no wardrobe he'll be sporting :D

Hahahaha, I still think Channing Tatum is one sexy SOB, even in the granny sweater.

Ha, his wardrobe. You would.

I told my friend on the phone the other day how much I disliked this movie. I also told her if I woke up and channing tatum was telling me he was my husband I would blank, blank, blank and not think twice.

Oh my gosh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had the SAME thought. I leaned over to my friend in the movie theatre and said, "what is up with these sweaters??"

I haven't been able to convince my fiancé to watch this one with me, but now I absolutely have to watch it, even if it's just to see just how horrible Channing Tatum's wardrobe is :D

I can't wait to watch this - I'm a sucker for sappy films!
And although I agree with you on the sweater, I do think he's one of the few (if only) men that could make it look at least 10% acceptable.
oye.
