It Has Occured to Me

The reason behind my self conscious last post, is not what you all may think. I didn't mean to..sound like such a B.

But really. My dad saw the picture I put in the last post and essentially said I look ugly in it. That is the motivation behind my last post, my friends. Not the lack of comments.

That added to PMS is a deadly combination. The littlest things, like my internet being slow last night, were seriously upsetting me. Yes, my internet being slow made me cry.

Now it's time for me to get ready for class, in which I have to present the paper I wrote last night in less than half an hour. It is terrible and everyone will laugh at my lack of smarty-pants ness. Le sigh.

Oh Dads. Mine once said I could do with going on a diet totally without thinking about it, and didn't understand the utter DEVASTATION that followed. Chin up kiddo. Write me a ranty letter! If it makes any difference I thought you looked LOVELY!

I show my mom pics of me sometimes before I put them on facebook and ask her what she thinks and she gives me the... uhh , i think you should find another one. She's being completely serious, but I really don't hold her to it because I know she isn't trying to hurt me by saying it. And by the way, you are BEAUTIFUL even with a silly face.

Don't think about how many comments you get on your blog or things related to that. Blogging isn't a competition and you need to blog for you first and for most! If you are wanting instant feedback on something, then call someone--hey, you have my number! Love ya, girly!! :D

When I saw the post with your picture, my thought was "She is such a natural beauty". QUIT being so hard on yourself. And tell your dad to shut it.

I don't think that pic was bad at all... in fact I find it so cute. I post pics of myself even if my kids think they're funny or I don't look good. I want people to see that I'm normal and not perfect at all. xoxo

okay, seriously, Dads sometimes just need to learn to shut up. I know they think they are being all helpful and crap but then we cry for hours. I love when my dad comments on my weight.
p.s. I think you are beautiful.

Ah, the old PMS. Sweetheart, I just found your blog, and let me just tell you, posting that picture only made me want to comment more. You are seriously, beautiful, despite all of those things you listed, that don't actually take anything away from the person that you are. dear, I only just discovered who you are, and I completely adore you. Don't let anybody tell you other-wise, mokay?

Also, check out my blog if you get the chance to, thanks dear :)
