I Wish

I wish I had a way with words. Eloquence.

I wish I had motivation to do what I want to do.

I wish I had the passion to take life head on.

I wish I had the courage to keep going to church.

I wish I had magical eyebrows that plucked themselves.

I wish I didn't have anxiety.

I wish I had a job where I could paint my nails.

I wish I knew how to say no.

I wish my life was interesting. Or exciting.

I wish I weren't such a quitter.

I've been stressing out lately. I feel so useless.. and like I'm going nowhere in life. It's frustrating to know exactly what you want to do, but not how to begin accomplishing anything. And the small things that I can work on.. like school? I seem to be messing up royally.

I'm just frustrated beyond words right now. Someone yell at me to make me DO something.

Relax Kellie... take a deep breath. You'll get things done, just focus. Now about the eyebrow, I'm with you on that wish. Have a good day! xoxo

I think we all go through that stage where you have no idea what the heck you want to do and then finally feel like you want to do nothing!! You will find your way chica!

No eloquence? What are you talking about? Your words are simple, but BEAUTIFUL.

Magical eyebrows that pluck themselves would be marvelous. And I'm with you on most of those. I think we all feel useless at times, but no one is useless! Especially you! I know so because you bring a smile to my face with every blog post or tweet :) So if you are capable of doing that through your words online, I can't imagine how many smiles you give to those you encounter everyday. You are in school, you have a job... none of that qualifies as useless. I hope you start feeling better because I, and the rest of us reading, care about you!

You don't need to be yelled at :) We all go through these stages, again and again. It's a part of life and all you can do is take a deep breath and put a smile on your face. It will happen, give it time.

I hear you. And you can go to church. It's soscary. I know. I've been there. I'm their right now. But I don't go for ANYONE besides God. He's my reason, he gives me life, and that what gives me the courage to go. Even when its hard.

I hate these rough days where we just feel really "blah" and unmotivated. I nodded my head on several (ok, most) of your bullet-points but keep your chin up! I often notice with myself that when I'm down and somewhat set on being miserable that I don't allow for the little things in life to cheer me up like pretty flowers, flying birds or just a phrase in a book.
Hope this weekend brings you some joy and time to de-stress!! Everything will work out!

GO DO SOMETHING!!! (That was me yelling at you). When I get like you are, I usually find that the best way out is prayer. You'll pull out of it soon enough. Quit beating yourself up. Have a great weekend.

I use to get like this a lot and what works best for me is realizing that not everything has to have an answer right this very second. Just remember ALWAYS how great you are and what you love about yourself :)
